Cancel a Purchase (Right of Withdrawal)

This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

If you bought from joyel.es, you have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the purchase without having to give us any reason. The law requires a minimum of 14 days, and we give you one more.

How to withdraw

1. Email us at joyeriajoyel@gmail.com, call us at +34 915 22 70 02 or use the form on this page, stating your order number.
2. We will confirm receipt of your request and explain how to return the item to us, unused, with its packaging and documentation.
3. We will refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day we receive the item, using the same payment method you used.

Exception: under Article 103 c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated text of the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to measure or clearly personalized (for example, signet rings with an engraved coat of arms, made-to-measure wedding bands or own-design jewelry). These pieces do have the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.
