Shipping policy

This English translation is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Shipping within Spain

• Free on orders of €45 or more.
• €6 on orders under €45.
• We ship with GLS, with a tracking number and insured at our expense.
• We prepare your order in 1-2 business days. GLS normally delivers it within 24-72 business hours.
• Jewelry is shipped in its case, with the guarantee and, for pieces in gold and with stones, the gemologist's certificate.
• Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to customs formalities and import taxes (IGIC/IPSI) payable by the recipient.

In-store pickup (free)

You can buy online and pick up your order at Joyería Joyel, C/ Hortaleza 7, 28004 Madrid, a short walk from the Gran Vía metro station. We will let you know when it is ready. Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 16:30 to 20:00; Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:30 (closed on Saturdays in July and August).

Shipping to Europe

€15 (€25 for parcels over 1 kg). Usual delivery time: 3-7 business days. Outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply, payable by the recipient.

Made-to-order pieces

For custom-made jewelry, signet rings with coats of arms and wedding bands, the production time is agreed in the quote. The piece is then shipped or picked up in store. For shipments outside Europe, please contact us.
